Just like the biblical sense, some scripture is not convenient and difficult to follow. Being strict about building codes loses us business sometimes with a retail customer only worried about price.
In the same way, sometimes people would rather pick and choose what scriptures to abide by and they end up worshiping somewhere else because of our strong ties to scripture at the Broken Arrow church.

Up Armor Roofing is named after the Up Armored trucks Lucas used in Afghanistan to find IEDs when he served as a combat engineer in the US Army. Lucas grew up in Broken Arrow and graduated from BA in 2006. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and his MBA from Oklahoma State University.
About Lucas
If you know Lucas, you know how close he is with Chewie, his chocolate lab mix that rescued him when he finished his active duty service in 2013.
He’s an advocate for matching vets transitioning to civilian life with service animals and rescue animals.
Lucas is a technology lover and worked in the IT industry for a number of years as an Infrastructure Support Analyst and a Windows Server Administrator when he discovered that he could develop systems to automate very manual construction processes.
The entrepreneurship bug and the dream of freedom eventually overcame the drug of a steady paycheck. Then Up Armor Roofing was born.
We know that leaks in a home can often be very urgent and sometimes need immediate attention. We’re local to Broken Arrow and available today for urgent needs. We work hard to promptly respond to roofing needs because that’s how we would want our families to be treated in our own homes. As long as we aren’t at church or with another customer, we’re on our way.
Up Armor is here to address your roofing needs in an honest manner. Our business model is built around the golden rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Our crew has over 10 years of experience and over 50 years of combined experience.
We give back on every project to help match service dogs with returning vets.
Lucas is a Certified Master Shingle Applicator as well as a Flintlastic Application Specialist.
In the past Lucas has been a Combat Engineer, a Windows System Engineer,a licensed VMWare Professional, as well as a financial advisor.
Lucas is a brain cancer survivor, a member of the Broken Arrow church of Christ, and a regular blood donor.
